Billing Plans
SitePulse's Free, Agency, and Enterprise plans — what's included in each tier, plan limits, and how to upgrade.
SitePulse has three plans: Free, Agency, and Enterprise. Plans are per-organization — each organization has its own subscription.

Free plan
The Free plan is permanent — it does not expire after a trial period. Use it to audit a single website with a low-frequency audit workflow.
Free plan limits:
- 1 project
- 5 URL audits per month (calendar month, resets on the 1st)
- No sitemap audits
- No scheduled audits
- No team members (personal org only)
Agency plan
The Agency plan is for agencies, consultants, and teams managing multiple client sites. Billed monthly or annually (annual = 2 months free).
When you upgrade to Agency from Free, your existing project and audit data carries over — nothing is deleted.
Enterprise plan
Enterprise is for large organizations with custom needs. Pricing is quote-based. Contact us for:

- SSO (SAML/OIDC)
What happens at plan limits

|---|---|
| URL audit quota reached | Audit creation returns a 403 with QUOTA_EXCEEDED. A warning at 80% of quota. |
| Sitemap audit quota reached | Same — 80% warning, then hard block |
| Project limit reached (Free) | New project creation is blocked with an upgrade prompt |
| Scheduled audit limit reached | New schedule creation is blocked |
Quota warnings appear as a banner in the app and as a header (X-Usage-Current, X-Usage-Limit) on API responses. See Quotas & Limits for details.
Downgrading
If you cancel or downgrade, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Existing data is retained but:
- Projects beyond the Free limit (1) become read-only — you can view audits but not run new ones
- Scheduled audits are paused
- Team members above the free limit retain access until you manually remove them
Annual billing discount
Annual billing is available on Agency plan at a discount equivalent to 2 months free. The annual subscription is charged upfront and is non-refundable after the first 14 days.
