Branding Customization
How to configure white-label branding in SitePulse — uploading a logo, setting brand colors, and where the branding appears (share links, PDF reports).
Branding Customization lets organizations replace SitePulse's default branding with their own logo and colors on client-facing surfaces — share links and PDF reports.
Where branding applies

Setting up branding
Go to Settings → Branding (organization-level setting, requires Admin or Owner role).
Logo
Upload your organization logo:
- Format: PNG or SVG (SVG strongly recommended — scales cleanly in PDFs)
- Max file size: 512 KB
- Recommended dimensions: At least 200px wide; SVG has no size constraint
- Background: Transparent background recommended
The logo is displayed at 160×48px in share link headers and 200×60px on PDF cover pages.
Primary color
Enter your brand's primary hex color (e.g. #1a56db). This is used for:
- Share link header background and accent elements
- PDF header bar and score gauge accent color
- Call-to-action buttons on share links
The color is validated for WCAG AA contrast against white text before saving. If the selected color has insufficient contrast, you are prompted to choose a darker shade.
Organization name
The organization name (set in Settings → Team → Organization Name) appears in the PDF footer and share link page title. Update it from the Team settings, not Branding settings.
Preview
The Branding settings page shows a live preview of how the share link header and PDF cover page will look with your current logo and color settings. Click Save to apply.

The "Powered by SitePulse" attribution in share link footers can only be removed on the Enterprise plan.
Branding is organization-wide
Branding settings apply to all projects within your organization. You cannot configure different branding per project. All share links and PDFs from your organization use the same logo and color.
