August 2026

AI Visibility, rewritten for humans

• The AI Visibility page now opens with a one-line verdict ("AI talks about you but never links to you — 2 of 24 answers mentioned your brand…") and shows plain counts alongside every change, so small samples aren't dressed up as dramatic percentages.
• Every question you're absent from can generate a fix item in the Fixes inbox, phrased as an outcome ("Answer '…' on your site — AI currently recommends someone else"), with a comparison of the page the AI cites instead and a "Do this" recommendation.
• Question types are now recognized for nearly all questions (recommendation / how-to / comparison…), and near-duplicate topics are merged, so the win-rate scorecard reads cleanly.
• Recovery advice after a visibility drop is limited to actions you can actually take on your own site, tied to the specific questions where ground was lost.

Teams: Viewer role, invite recovery, clearer switching

• New Viewer role: full read access, zero write access — the right role for clients. Viewer restrictions are enforced on every AI Visibility and brand-voice action.
• Pending invites gained Resend and Copy link actions, so a lost email no longer means a stuck teammate.
• The organization switcher labels each entry (Personal / Owner / Shared · role), and switching organizations fully reloads into the selected org — no more stale project lists.
• Audit share links are now visible to the whole organization; admins or the link's creator can revoke them.

Docs launch

• Published this user guide at /docs/* — covers the full audit workflow, scoring rubrics, brand & AI visibility features, integrations, and team management.
• Added Cmd+K search across all doc pages.

MCP Server

• SitePulse now exposes an MCP server at https://app.sitepulse.app/mcp, compatible with Claude Code, Cursor, and other MCP clients.
• Available tools: list_projects, get_audit, get_latest_audit, run_audit, get_recommendations, get_rewrites, get_score_trend.

Organization model + RBAC

• Projects now belong to Organizations. Teams can share access across projects with role-based permissions (Owner / Admin / Member).
• Organization switcher in sidebar for multi-org accounts.
• Invite flow with token-based acceptance and 7-day expiry.

Free tier

• Replaced the 14-day trial with a permanent Free tier: 1 project, 5 URL audits/month.
