Dashboard Tour

A map of the SitePulse UI — what lives where and how the main sections connect.

After signing in you land on the Dashboard at /dashboard. This is the top-level view of all your projects and recent audit activity.

The left sidebar is your primary navigation:

ItemWhat it opens
DashboardActivity feed, recent audits, quota usage
AuditsEvery audit across the organization, with status badges
AI VisibilityHow AI assistants answer your customers' questions — and whether you're in the answer (guide)
FixesYour to-do inbox of recommended improvements (guide)
ProjectsList of all projects in the active organization
TrendsScore-over-time and visibility-over-time charts
CompetitorsCompetitor comparison for the active project
NotificationsAlerts and activity messages
SettingsAccount, billing, team, notifications, API keys
Org switcher(Teams) Switch between organizations — entries are labeled Personal / Owner / Shared

AI Visibility, Fixes, and Competitors are project-scoped: they open for your currently selected project (the project picker sits above the sidebar items).

Dashboard at a glance

With a project selected, the top of the dashboard shows four summary cards — AI Visibility, Site Health, Open Fixes, and Audits. Each one is a shortcut: click any card to jump straight to the relevant page (the AI Visibility hub, your completed audits, your Fixes inbox, or the full audits list) instead of hunting for it in the sidebar.

Below that, the Next fixes card surfaces the highest-priority items from your Fixes inbox — each one shows what category it's in, whether it's a quick win, and a short explanation of why it matters, so you can tell at a glance whether it's worth acting on right now without opening the full inbox first.

If your project has AI Visibility / Brand Radar data, you'll also see a Sentiment Trend chart (how AI engines have been talking about your brand, week over week) and a Topic Presence view (which topics AI engines associate with your brand, and how much). Both used to be tucked away inside the AI Visibility hub's detailed analytics — they now surface directly on the dashboard since they're often the first thing worth checking. See Why AI Visibility Matters for what these signals mean.

Project page

Click any project card to open the Project page at /projects/[id]:

  • Overview tab — project summary, recent audit scores, search performance data
  • Search Console tab — Google Search Console integration and query data
  • Settings tab — project-level config (URL, alert thresholds, integrations, AI Visibility questions and platforms, personas, brand voice)

Deeper work areas — AI Visibility results, the Fixes inbox, competitor views, schedules — live as their own sidebar destinations rather than project tabs, so they're one click away at all times.

Running a new audit

From any project page, click Run audit (top right). A drawer opens where you select the audit type and enter a target URL, sitemap URL, or GitHub repo.

Status badges

Audits move through these states:

BadgeMeaning
PendingQueued, not yet started
RunningWorker is actively processing
CompletedResults ready to view
FailedWorker encountered an error — details in audit view

Keyboard navigation

Press / anywhere on the dashboard to focus the project search bar. Use arrow keys to navigate results and Enter to open the selected project.
