The Fixes Inbox

Audits and AI Visibility checks both end the same way: with things worth doing. Fixes in the sidebar is where all of them land — one inbox, so improving your site feels like clearing a to-do list instead of re-reading reports.

What arrives in the inbox

• Rewrites — improved versions of titles, descriptions, and page copy from your audits, ready to review and apply. (Details)
• CMS patches — fixes that can be pushed straight to your WordPress, Webflow, or Drupal site once connected. (Details)
• AI visibility fixes — the output of your AI Visibility checks, phrased as outcomes:
  • "Answer 'best free legal help in Illinois' on your site — AI currently recommends someone else" — you're absent from a question customers ask; here's what a citable answer needs.
  • "Make your page the answer AI cites for 'which agencies build enterprise sites'" — a competitor's page is getting quoted; this fix says what theirs has that yours doesn't.
  • Content briefs — outlines for pages worth creating to close a topic gap.

Working the inbox

Each item shows what to do and why it matters. Use the filter tabs to focus (for example, only AI-visibility items), then for each item:

• Accept it to mark it as something you'll act on,
• Dismiss it if it doesn't fit — dismissed items stay out of your way and won't be re-suggested,
• or apply it directly (rewrites and CMS patches can be pushed from here).

Items regenerate as new audits and checks run, but anything you dismissed stays dismissed — the inbox only grows with genuinely new findings.
